Who I Am
Seven years ago I stopped waiting for someone else to take the call and started taking it myself. Since then I've run two agencies, managed teams across time zones, shipped over a hundred projects and built three products from a blank page — one of which is live on WordPress.org right now.
I'm not the person who disappears into a terminal. I'm the one sitting across from the client, understanding exactly what they mean, then translating it into a roadmap the team can actually execute. That's the job. That's what I do.

Career
Built two agencies, shipped a hundred-plus projects, and still find it genuinely interesting every time a new problem walks through the door.
Built distributed teams of up to 15 developers — found the right people, set clear expectations, and kept them.
Brought on and coordinated 70+ freelancers across design, development and QA without dropping a single delivery.
Set up the sprint rhythms, review cycles and quality standards that turned a loose network into a reliable delivery operation.
Delivered 100+ web platforms — portals, travel systems, SaaS tools, e-commerce — for clients across the US and UAE.
Ran the full lifecycle on every engagement: discovery, scoping, sprint planning, stakeholder calls, release.
Shipped RTL Hebrew websites and multilingual builds that most agencies would have bounced back to the client.
Took SeatKit LMS from a whiteboard sketch to a live plugin on WordPress.org — wrote the spec, ran the dev team, handled the submission.
Built SeatDeck Free + Pro Theme Framework and two more products currently under active development.
